xD It's takes time to make a patch, unless it only changing like 1-2 thing but, other than that it's time consuming.

Well it all depends on how good you are, if you already have the images you want to replace, and how diligently you work on it. For me because most of my stuff is custom edited it takes me a little more time that it does just changing peasant to elder or something.
