If that's what you want and also, learning how to make signatures just takes time of messing with stuff. Good things to use are GIMP and PhotoShop but we use Photofiltre because it's free. It doesn't make the best signatures but Dark and I both make due with it.

no they arent the worst. I make some ok sigs with photofiltre with the limited things it has
